WHAT EXACTLY DOES VROM STAND FOR?

Vrom is basically an abbreviation or we can say an acronym which means 'Very Rough Order of Magnitude'. So, basically the meaning of very rough order of magnitude is that it is the general estimation of any project's level of cost and efforts. This estimation is mainly done in the initial phase that is during the approval and the selection stage of any project. 

The main reason behind using VROM is that it helps to estimate and get an idea of the project's budget which actually does not have a lot of details available but there is a formula for it which is used to find out all the details.
